Gökçeada Municipality Leases Kiosk and Shower Facility at Gizli Liman

Gökçeada Municipality is leasing the kiosk and shower facility at Gizli Liman (Hidden Harbor), one of the island's most popular coves, for the tourism season. The tender for the municipality-owned property will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

Lease Details

The property to be leased is located at Uğurlu Village, Gizli Liman Area, Dereköy Gizli Liman Küme Evler Street No:4/5. The facility consists of a 6 m² kiosk and a 14 m² shower area, including the structure and its annexes.

The lease period is set at 3 years during the tourism season. The annual estimated price is 550,000.00 TL, with a temporary deposit of 49,500.00 TL. A 6% final deposit will also be collected from the winning bidder. The tender document fee is 3,000.00 TL.

How Will the Tender Be Conducted?

The tender will be conducted via open bidding in accordance with Article 45 of State Procurement Law No. 2886. Bidders must submit their complete application files in sealed envelopes to the commission before the tender hour at the Gökçeada Municipality meeting hall, in the presence of the Municipal Council.

• Participation petition and notification address
• If participating by proxy: notarized power of attorney and signature declaration

• Company address certificate and notarized signature circular
• Certificate of no debt to the municipality
• Temporary deposit receipt and document fee payment receipt
• Registry certificate obtained in 2026
• Activity certificate from the chamber of commerce or industry
• Certificate of no Social Security Institution (SGK) and tax debt

For Associations or Foundations

• In addition to individual application documents: board of directors authorization decision
• Active registration certificate from the Provincial Directorate of Associations or the General Directorate of Foundations

Files not received by the administration before the final application deadline will not be considered. For matters not specified in the announcement, the terms of the specification will apply.

Gizli Liman is one of the natural coves located on the west coast of Gökçeada within the boundaries of Uğurlu Village, attracting heavy interest every summer. With the leasing of the facility, services are planned to be provided to visitors of the cove for the next three seasons.
